Who pays for return shipping?

If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, My Dog Gear covers the return shipping cost. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, My Dog Gear does not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?
