Place a garment that fits you on a flat surface such as a floor or a table. Then measure that garment and compare with the size chart below.

Use a tape, measure the following:

A. Chest Width
Measure the chest width, 2 cm below the armpit.

B. Waist
Measure where the waist is narrowest.

C. Bottom Width
Measure across from edge to edge.

D. Length
Measure from the seam to the collar/hood.
